Responsibilities：
1, responsible for the responsibility of product inspection process, the full implementation of quality assurance system
2, the process of product inspection problems in a timely manner to make the analysis report, and take effective measures to cure
3, make continuous improvement plan for the production process, make preventive and corrective actions to potential problems
4, responsible for the production process of substandard products, waste, defective to make the disposal measures, and tracking; on the process of failure to judge
5, responsible for the process of product quality pass rate statistical analysis
6, to help promote the relevant departments of the ISO9000 quality management standards
7, timely communication business, production, equipment, suppliers and other related aspects, to solve the problems found in production (Security), and records
8. Other tasks assigned by superior
Job requirements：
1, technical secondary school or above
2, More than 2 years working experience in quality inspection in mechanical industry, experience in anti-static flooring industry is preferred.
3, master the use of general tools and measuring tools, can understand all kinds of mechanical drawings, will use CAD simple drawing,
4, familiar with the quality inspection process, unqualified disposal procedures, ISO9000 system standard
5, strict working attitude, judgment, communication skills and strong sense of responsibility.
